Growing up, our family had a tradition of gathering around the table every Sunday evening, no matter how busy our weeks had been. My mom would prepare salmon in countless ways, but the honey garlic glaze was my favorite. I loved the way the sweet honey melted into the savory garlic, creating a glaze that clung perfectly to each tender bite of fish. The kitchen would fill with the rich aroma of garlic sizzling in olive oil, and we’d pass bowls of steaming rice and bright green broccoli around the table. Now, I make this dish on weeknights when I want to recreate that sense of warmth and connection. It’s a recipe that feels like home, simple, quick, and made to be shared with the people you love most.
