Juicy Honey Garlic Chicken Thighs – Sweet & Savory One-Pan Dinner with Rice & Broccoli

Growing up, my mom had a way of turning even the busiest weeknights into something special. After long days at work, she’d whip up dishes that were quick, nourishing, and full of flavor. One of our favorites was her honey garlic chicken thighs: tender, juicy, and glazed with a sweet-savory sauce that made every bite comforting. I’ve made it my own by adding steamed broccoli and serving it over warm rice, creating a complete meal that brings back those cherished memories. The simplicity of the dish, combined with its rich flavors, makes it a go-to for our family. It’s more than just dinner; it’s a reminder of home, love, and the joy of sharing a meal together. Whether it’s a busy weeknight or a special occasion, this dish never fails to bring warmth to our table.
