Method
- Cook rice according to package instructions.
 - In a bowl, mix honey, soy sauce, and minced garlic.
 - Heat olive oil in skillet over medium heat. Add chicken thighs and sear 3–4 mins per side.
 - Pour sauce over chicken. Cover and simmer 15 minutes.
 - Steam broccoli while chicken simmers.
 - Serve chicken and sauce over rice with broccoli and sliced green onions.

- Swap soy sauce with tamari for gluten-free
 - Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days
 - Add chili flakes for extra heat
