- Cook pasta until al dente. Drain and reserve 1/4 cup pasta water.
- Sauté chicken in olive oil. Add garlic and cook 1 minute.
- Add cream and simmer until slightly thickened.
- Stir in spinach and pasta. Add parmesan and reserved water if needed.
- Serve hot with extra parmesan.
