Method
- In a bowl, whisk flour, baking powder, and salt.
 - In another bowl, whisk egg, milk, melted butter, and vanilla.
 - Combine wet and dry ingredients until just mixed. Let rest 5 mins.
 - Heat pan over medium heat. Pour ¼ cup batter for each pancake.
 - Cook until bubbles form, flip, and cook 1–2 mins more.
 - Serve with maple syrup and toppings of choice.
 
Notes
- Add blueberries, banana slices, or cinnamon to the batter for variation.
 - Use an ice cream scoop for even portions.
