Method
- Cook ground beef and onion in skillet until browned. Drain fat.
 - Add taco seasoning and 2 tbsp water. Simmer for 5 mins.
 - Warm taco shells.
 - Fill with beef, lettuce, tomato, and cheese. Serve immediately.
 
Notes
- Use ground turkey or tofu for a lighter version
 - Store meat separately and assemble tacos fresh
